I know what you’re going through

As a teen, I had multiple abdominal surgeries for a kidney issue that left me with a lot of scar tissue that was causing me pain.
 
Like you I wasn’t satisfied with the strong painkillers or surgery as options for the pain, so I kept searching for an answer that would empower me to take control of my own health and wellbeing.
 
My own pain and post-surgery trauma journey, along with over 20 years of studying anatomy in movement and working with clients led me to develop my own solution. The Gravity Technique.
 
Technically I'm a Human Movement Specialist, but one client called me a “Body Magician!” and that kind of stuck.

Q: What is The Gravity Technique? The Gravity Technique is a revolutionary set of exercises I developed designed to alleviate chronic joint pain by correcting faulty movement patterns. It combines cutting-edge science with ancient knowledge to help you live pain-free.

Q: Who can benefit from The Gravity Technique classes? Anyone suffering from chronic joint pain, mobility issues, recovering post  injury or surgery or those looking to improve their overall physical well-being can benefit from these classes. It's suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Q: Do I need any special equipment for the class? No special equipment is required. The Gravity Technique is designed to work with your body's natural movements using gravity, the ground and your breath. Comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement is recommended.

Q: How long is each class, and what’s the structure? Each class typically lasts for one hour and includes a warm-up, the main exercise set, and a cool-down period. The exercises are structured to progressively help you re-pattern your body's movements.

Q: Is The Gravity Technique safe for people with existing health conditions? The Gravity Technique is generally safe for most people. However, if you have a specific health condition, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen and speak with me before attending a session so I can support you during the class.

Q: Can I try a class before committing to more? Yes, you are invited to attend a free introductory class so you can experience The Gravity Technique firsthand and decide if it's right for you.

Q: What if I miss a class? I understand that life can be unpredictable which is why all classes are recorded and available for you to catch up in the members portal.

Q: How quickly will I see results from The Gravity Technique? Results can vary based on individual conditions and commitment to the practice. Some participants notice improvements immediately, while for others, it may take a few sessions to feel the benefits.

Q: Are the classes live or pre-recorded? Classes are live and always recorded to allow for catch up after the event. Live classes provide real-time interaction with me, whilst the recorded classes offer the flexibility to practice at your own pace and schedule.
